Shipping Policy
Shipping:
We usually process all orders within 3-6 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will be processed 3-6 business days from the following Monday. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Purchases will only be shipped to a valid mailing address. We will always email you a tracking number. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Ground shipping and handling: $15.00 - The shipping rate for multiple items is based on shipping weight and zip code.

International Shipping:

We’ll need your complete shipping address in order to determine the cost of shipping. (There are certain countries with specific custom laws that we are unable to ship to.)
Returns:
We only accept returns on unused and unopened products in original condition within 20 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. We are unable to accept returns on opened products. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products other than those purchased directly from us at herbalorenyc.com. Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for all returns.
